DD-WRT è un firmware OpenSource alternativo basato su Linux adatto a una grande varietà di router WLAN e sistemi embedded. L’enfasi principale consiste nel fornire la gestione più semplice possibile supportando allo stesso tempo un gran numero di funzionalità nell’ambito della rispettiva piattaforma hardware utilizzata.

Il router è già programmato e pronto all’uso con password e ssid preimpostato

per un installazione veloce e funzionale con tutte e 5 le porte lan utilizzabili come switch.

Nel caso si abbia l’esignza di usarlo in Access Point è possibile resettarlo e riprogrammarlo.
